Partial Refunds (Before Work Begins)
If a project is canceled before materials are ordered or labor has begun, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion. All requests must be submitted in writing.

No Refunds (After Work Begins)
No refunds will be issued once materials have been ordered or labor has started. This policy protects our time and expenses already committed to your project.

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days and returned to the original payment method.
